Returns are only accepted if the purchased item is still in tags, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, within 15 business days of delivery date.
Cosmetic products may be eligible for return if still in seal.
All items should be returned in their initial box packaging.
The customer wishing to return their purchase must contact our customer service team and request a return authorization number.
Shipping charges for the returned items are on the customer unless the return is initiated due to our error.
If the return is initiated due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
Items are considered incorrect, and thus, are eligible for return due to our error if:
-The item received does not match the ordered item according to the purchase confirmation receipt sent to you via email at the time of purchase.
-They are defective at the time of delivery, such damage that stems from workmanship (wear and tears in fabrics, embroidery, etc..)
-The color and size of the received item do not match the color and size of the ordered item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will initiate a refund to your bank account within 5 business days.
Exchanges are possible within 7 business days of the item delivery date.
Exchanges must be initiated by contacting our customer service team via phone or email and requesting an exchange authorization number.
Kindly note that exchanges are not possible if the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, in which case we will offer you store credit or refund the item.
Exchanges are not possible either for final sale items.
Shipping charges for the exchange are on the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
If the item is being exchanged due to our error, we will cover the shipping fees in full.
