2. TRACKING PROCESS

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Kindly note that during peak seasons, the processing time may be longer.

We will send you a notification email to inform you of any delays in processing your order.

Once your order is processed, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your purchase on our website or by contacting your local courier company.

TigreMilano is not responsible for any delays or package loss that may occur during the shipping process as damage during transportation falls under the responsibility of the shipping company

3. DELIVERY

All orders are delivered to your door by our trusted courier partners.

Delivery times may vary according to the choice of shipping procedure.

Expedited orders are surely processed and delivered faster.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

TigreMilano is not responsible in any way whatsoever of any and all issues that may arise during or because of delivery, including delivery delays and delivery to the wrong address. Such issues are to be settled between you and your local courier company.
